Common questions

Four things people ask us first.

How often must a lift be serviced in Malaysia?

Every month, under the OSH (Plant Requiring Certificate of Fitness) Regulations 2024, with a full examination every three months and a maintenance contract of at least one year with a competent person.

Can you service a lift installed by another company?

Yes. We are independent and work on any brand. Most of the 500+ lifts we look after were installed by someone else.

Will modernisation shut down all our lifts?

No. We take one lift out of service at a time. The other lifts keep running.

What does the site visit cost?

Nothing. An engineer visits, checks your lifts and we send a written quote. We confirm the visit by WhatsApp.
