Useful to have ready
The brand and age of the lifts if you know them, the current Certificate of Fitness dates, your last few service reports, and a photo of the machine room or the controller. None of it is required. It just makes the visit quicker.

Is the site visit really free?
Yes. An engineer visits, looks at your lifts and your records, and we send a written quote. No charge and no obligation.
How do you reply?
By WhatsApp. Send the form, or message us directly. We confirm your visit on WhatsApp.
What should I tell you?
The building name and area, the number of lifts, the brand and age if you know them, and what you need: modernising, maintenance, a repair or a new lift. Photos of the lift and the machine room help.
Can you quote without a visit?
We can give a rough indication on WhatsApp. A firm quote needs a site visit, because two lifts of the same brand and age can be in very different condition.
