We are independent. That means we work on any brand: KONE, Mitsubishi, Toshiba, Hitachi, Schindler, Fujitec, LG and more. Parts come from the maker or from approved alternatives.

Twenty years of other people's lifts.
LNE started in Petaling Jaya in 2006 with a simple idea: a building should be able to choose who looks after its lifts. Most lifts in Malaysia are serviced by the company that installed them, at that company's price, with that company's parts. We set out to be the independent alternative.
Today most of the 500+ lifts we maintain were installed by someone else, and we have modernised more than 200 of them. Our leadership brings 40+ years in lifts. Our engineers are CP1-certified competent persons under JKKP, so the contracts we sign meet the OSH (Plant Requiring Certificate of Fitness) Regulations 2024.

Is LNE a lift manufacturer?
No. LNE is an independent lift contractor. We install, modernise, service and repair lifts. Our new passenger lifts are built for us by a manufacturing partner. Everything else we do on lifts of any brand.
What does "independent" mean?
We are not owned by a lift brand. We service any brand, choose OEM or approved alternative parts, and recommend what suits your building, not one maker's catalogue.
Where are you based?
Petaling Jaya, Selangor. We cover Kuala Lumpur and Selangor: Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Subang Jaya, Klang and around.

How long have you been operating?
Since 2006. Our leadership has 40+ years in lifts. So far: 200+ lifts modernised, 500+ serviced, 60+ passenger lifts and 120+ home lifts installed.
